WATERTOWN, SD (KXLG) — The Watertown Baseball Association is gearing up for its annual First Pitch Outing Fundraiser, set to take place on Thursday, May 2, 2025, at Second Street Station. Tickets remain available for those looking to support local baseball programs and celebrate the sport’s legacy in the community.
The evening will kick off with a social hour from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m., providing guests with an opportunity to mingle and enjoy light refreshments. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m., followed by the highlight of the night — the Hall of Fame induction ceremony at 8:00 p.m.
This year’s Hall of Fame class includes standout players Bryan Barger and Rich Remmers, with Remmers also recognized for his contributions off the field. Gene Soupir will be honored as a contributor, and the 1997/1998 American Legion Teams will also be inducted for their outstanding achievements.
