The troubled Fyre Festival is once again facing delays. Organisers have postponed the second edition of the event and announced that tickets will be refunded. A new date will be revealed at a later time.
Fyre Festival 2, the controversial follow-up to the disastrous 2017 event, was originally scheduled to take place in Mexico from May 30 to June 2. Organisers recently informed ticket holders via email that the event will no longer proceed as planned. The message read: “The event has been postponed and a new date will be announced. We have issued you a refund.
Once the new date is announced, at that time, you can repurchase if it works for your schedule.”
As of now, organisers have not released an official public statement regarding the postponement.
